Successful conclusion of our Innocheque project with SUPSI
Lausanne, October 25th 2022. Resilient and SUPSI concluded the Innocheque project and the poster was presented by SUPSI at the ESRS conference in September 2022.
We managed to find significant links between objective data from wearable devices and subjective data from daily questionnaires and demographics. These results are promising for further research and are an important base for the personalized burnout prevention system, despite the wearables having only wellness certification and not the medical certification (i.e. we can see meaningful patterns). We discovered increasing average daily stress is a significant predictor for increased average night stress as well as a decreased proportion of deep sleep, this suggests reduced coping capability.
A follow-up Innosuisse project was granted to research & develop a personalized system for occupational burnout prevention.
