Innosuisse is the Swiss Government’s Innovation arm
Innosuisse Projects are Innovation Projects partially financed by the government.
Innosuisse Projects are conducted between Startups/SMEs, an academic institution, and industry representatives.
Innosuisse Projects have a duration 18 to 24 months whereby the government pays directly to the academic institution. The Startup/SME has to invest the same amount into the project as Innosuisse.
About the Project
The Innosuisse Project aims to improve our algorithms and adapt our system for the occupational health market during the project.
Project starting date: Spring 2022, the project has an 24-month duration.
-- 4-months into the project (Summer 2022), your employees will be given a third-party wearable (smartwatch) and our iOS or Android app.
-- We will provide employees with detailed information about their stress levels & burnout status through the smartphone app.
-- You will get access to our corporate dashboard, which displays anonymized statistics over the status of your workforce's unhealthy stress and burnout prediction separated into categories of your choosing (for example by department).
-- To ensure employee anonymity we accepted the “Gesundheits-, Sozial- und Integrationsdirektion des Kantons Bern” standards, thus the minimum amount of employees in a category (group) has to be 10 or more employees.
The project grant is currently pending, we are in the proposal writing phase. We will need your confirmation before we submit the grant application, because all partners must be listed in the application.

Reduction in presenteeism and absenteeism.
Our academic partner intends to publish the results giving your company exposure as a pioneer in proactive burnout prevention.
A substantial discount to use the finalized solution.
The project is supported by Switzerland’s leading mental health care providers.
Your project contribution
At least 50 employees that volunteer to join the project for 12 months.
For the project we need a minimum of 400 employees, they can come from a single or multiple organization/s.
Employees receive a third-party wearable. The company will pay for the wearable, and it will belong to the company. By itself, the wearable already has many impressive health features. We are still negotiating discounts with the manufacturer, but we estimate the price to be not more than CHF 150-200 per unit.
Employees are asked to engage with the system for about 1-3 minutes per day. And they will answer a questionnaire at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of the data collection phase. After the first six months of data collection, we will implement preventive coaching and recommend employees to engage.
-- Preventive coaching could be tips for better sleeping hygiene, even personalized recommendations at the right time.
A person from human resources or occupational health: This person gets access to the corporate dashboard. We will invite this person to brainstorm and ask for their feedback.
Benefits for your employees
